Orders from The Mattie Rose Co. are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping/transit time is separate from our processing time and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

DELAYS

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of The Mattie Rose Co.’s control. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. The Mattie Rose Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
