Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, color selections, personalization errors submitted by the customer, or change of mind.

Please carefully review all names, sizes, colors, quantities, and personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error by The Mattie Rose Co., please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and work to make it right.

Custom & Personalized Items

Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

DTF Transfers

DTF transfers are final sale. The Mattie Rose Co. is not responsible for transfers that are damaged due to incorrect application, pressing temperatures, pressure, peeling method, or garment care.
