How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed 3-7 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please provide as much information as possible. Including the item, size, colors, quantity, personalization and any design ideas or inspiration.
Can I make changes after placing a custom order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, changes may not be possible. Please double check names, sizes, colors personalization before submitting your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are custom made or made to order. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error. Please contact us so we can make it right.
Do you sell DTF Transfers?
Yes! However, quantities of each transfers are limited.
How do I care for my apparel?
For the best results, wash garments inside out in cold water with like colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over design.
